Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking an Assistant Stock Crew Manager for the Third Shift Center Store at our West Sand Lake, NY location. You will support staffing, training and daily operations to meet sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, maintaining product quality, and ensuring accurate inventory, pricing and displays while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct the department associates.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Forklift and power jack training completed.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Ability and availability to work overnight or early morning shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist in hiring, training and developing associates.
• Assist maintaining staffing, scheduling and financial results.
• Cut, mark and stock product as required.
• Use good judgment in assignment, delegation and follow-up.
• Treat all associates with fairness and respect; recognize accomplishments.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain Center Store standards and inventory control.
• Ensure productivity and proper department presentation.
