Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a mid-level professional to serve as the Third-Party Risk Management Program Administrator in a regulated banking environment. You will manage the lifecycle of third-party relationships, conduct risk assessments, and support audits and regulatory exams, ensuring contract diligence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management, third-party risk management, procurement, compliance, or related field.
• Experience in a regulated banking/financial services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Third-Party lifecycle including onboarding, risk assessment, monitoring, and offboarding.
• Conduct and review third-party risk assessments across operational, financial, compliance, and information security domains.
• Coordinate Third Party due diligence including financial reviews, business continuity, information security, and compliance validation.
• Review, redline, and manage Third Party contracts with Legal and Procurement to ensure regulatory and risk provisions are included.
• Monitor third-party performance, risk ratings, and remediation of identified issues.
