• Partner with Customer Service to support operational and sales goals.
• Identify, recommend, and support process improvement initiatives.

Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Clerk III to support logistics operations and serve as a key liaison with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners. This role helps ensure inventory accuracy, on‑time shipping and receiving, order management, and vendor performance across distribution operations. The position collaborates closely with Customer Service, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL inventory accuracy and warehouse performance metrics.
• Monitor open orders, shipments, and fulfillment activities using WMS tools.
• Resolve shipment exceptions, including delayed LTL and uncovered truckloads.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned 3PL locations.

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of transportation modes and logistics operations.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and cross‑functional communication skills.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $28.00 based on experience.
