Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Clerk III to support logistics operations at our Saint Paul distribution center, acting as a key liaison with 3PL partners.

This role helps ensure inventory accuracy, on-time shipping and receiving, and accurate order management across distribution operations. You will collaborate with Customer Service, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to drive service excellence and continuous improvement, using WMS tools and SAP in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of 3PL, warehousing, logistics, or transportation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience managing vendor or third-party service performance.
• Authorized to work in the country of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL inventory accuracy and warehouse performance metrics.
• Monitor open orders, shipments, and fulfillment activities using WMS tools.
• Resolve shipment exceptions, including delayed LTL and uncovered truckloads.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned 3PL locations.
• Review and approve 3PL invoices and process claims.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and reporting.
• Partner with Customer Service to support operational and sales goals.
• Identify, recommend, and support process improvement initiatives.

Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Clerk III to support logistics operations and serve as a key liaison with third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of transportation modes and logistics operations.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $28.00 based on experience.
