Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Summit is seeking a part-time retail store leader in Flatwoods, WV. You will open and close the store in the absence of the store and assistant managers, stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and set up displays to promote sales.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 1–3 years of related experience, travel flexibility, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Beginning pay is $13.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• One to three years related experience and/or training.
• Some travel required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Acts as store leader in absence of store manager and assistant store manager.
• Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of the assistant store manager and store manager.
• Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise consistent with rotation schedule and store/department layout.
• Pulls outdated merchandise from sales floor according to established procedures and prepares for salvage disposal.
• Sets up and arranges merchandise displays on counters or tables to promote sales.
