Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a dedicated 3rd key holder to support Store Manager in daily operations and lead the team when needed. You will help with opening/closing procedures, promotions, and merchandising to drive sales.

The role requires 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. You may stand long hours and lift 15–30 pounds as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance with floor sets and promotions.
• Lead store activities to drive sales and profitability.
• Communicate store goals and directives to staff.
• Set up promotions with proper signage promptly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associates' safety and report hazards.
• Process register functions accurately as directed.
• Contribute to cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and implement them correctly.
