Fossil Group is seeking a Third Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will observe, coach, and guide the team to meet sales goals while embracing our core values: authenticity, grit, curiosity, humor, and making an impact.

With 1–2 years in fashion retail and a focus on teamwork, you will help develop talent, build brand loyalty, and ensure professional, engaging customer interactions.
