Job summary

Crossroads Staffing in Camarillo is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing inspector to visually inspect capacitors, substrates and custom parts, and assist with finishing processes. The role requires microscope experience, basic math and good communication skills.

You will operate microscopes, perform lapping and polishing, and enter data into Excel while ensuring accurate thickness checks and proper packing of finished products.

Qualifications

Will be responsible for visual inspection capacitors, substrates, and custom parts. Machine Lapping and Polishing. Data entry using Microsoft Excel. Micrometer and drop gauge usage. Will handle and transport various materials such as alumina oxidepolishing powders, solvents, wax adhesives. Maintain 100 measurement accuracy while performing thickness verification. Visual inspection of parts under a microscope to remove defective parts that do not meet specified criteria. Packing products using microscope, tweezers, and gloves.
