Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, Maintenance Tech or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
- At least 5 years in equipment engineering or senior maintenance in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with thin-film processing tools and vacuum tools.
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, or upgrading manufacturing tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Research and recommend vacuum and thin-film tools to improve uptime and yield.
- Support the lifecycle of tools including selection, installation, and maintenance.
- Analyze equipment data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Manage tool installation, upgrades, and hardware improvements.
- Maintain tools per schedules and specifications.
- Provide technical support to other departments.
