Job summary

Intek Plastics is hiring a full-time Thermoplastic Molding Line Operator for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. You’ll read work instructions, perform basic math, and help keep production moving while ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months manufacturing experience preferred; training provided.
• Read and follow safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to perform basic math including fractions and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Read work instructions and verify daily tasks with the shift leader.
• Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet specs and document results.
• Assist in training new operators and handle end-of-shift cleanup.
• Keep work station organized and stocked with supplies.
• Report quality or equipment issues promptly to leadership.
