Method Associates, Inc. is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. We specialize in thermoformed plastic packaging for the medical device and healthcare industries.

Previous thermoforming experience is strongly preferred. We offer health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off with flexible scheduling and possible Saturday shifts based on production needs.

Competenze

• Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling, including weekends as needed.

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance during production.
