Qualifications

• Ability to read prints and production specifications.
• Experience using manufacturing machinery and hand tools preferred.
• Strong communication skills with leads and supervisors.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts following safety and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain and clean molds and perform daily housekeeping.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns.
• Complete daily production logs accurately.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
