Thermo King is seeking a passionate and results-driven North America Service Manager to lead the surge in rail HVAC contracts across the region. In this high-profile role, you’ll work closely with our Global Rail Sales & Services Leader, driving the expansion of our service footprint while cultivating lasting partnerships with customers, OEMs, and dealers. You’ll also have the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise by providing hands-on field training and guidance. This position has been designated as Remote within the United States. Please note that the anticipated travel is 50-70%.
Base Compensation: $110,000 – 130,000
Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
