Job summary

Kronospan, a leading wood panel producer, seeks a TFL Operator in Anniston, AL to run laminating line equipment and ensure quality. You will perform routine maintenance, monitor performance, and use computer software to operate the line efficiently.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, good communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This is a rotating shift position with excellent benefits and career growth opportunities.

• Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

Job Description

The primary purpose of the TFL Operator's position is to perform all assigned tasks, including but not limited to, the safe, efficient operation of the board lamination equipment and associated equipment. Additionally, the operator will be required to perform routine maintenance and cleaning on all machinery and workspaces in the assigned area of responsibility. The operator will be required to understand and manipulate computer software related to the operation of the laminating line. The operator will also be required to identify conditions which may lead to substandard quality or up-time and initiate the proper corrective action. Further duties may include assisting maintenance personnel in the troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance of equipment.

This is a rotating shift schedule position.
