Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead your System PDT for assigned program(s) and ensure key deliverables are met on time and with high quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive resolution of high-risk, complex, system-level issues with optimized solutions.
• Own subsystem-level thermal performance and system-level issue management (JIRA PRTS).
• Coordinate engineering activities with Suppliers and various internal teams to ensure robust interfaces across underhood and in-cabin areas.
• Lead integration of the thermal subsystem into the total vehicle with effective cross-functional coordination.
