Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for thermal spray processes, including cleaning and surface prep.
• Mask, blast, blend, or strip parts to meet process requirements.
• Pull and stage materials, tools, and equipment for coatings.
• Operate thermal spray equipment to apply coatings (manual to automated).
• Interpret sketches and process documents for dimensions and tolerances.
• Coordinate with senior technicians and engineering for process consistency.
