Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Process Engineer (Thermal Spray) in the Houston area to drive projects from proposal through completion. The role collaborates with Sales and Marketing to refine customer requirements, develops layouts and schedules, and uses CAD tools to support fabrication and inspection.

The engineer will interpret technical drawings, develop PCPs, and contribute to new product introductions, tooling implementation, and robotics initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of thermal spray experience.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Relocation assistance available.
Up to 3 months temporary housing support.

Responsibilities

Support thermal spray projects from proposal through closeout.
Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to review customer project requirements and RFQs.
Develop project layouts, schedules, and workflows for execution.
Read and interpret technical drawings; use CAD software for project activities.
Develop Process Control Plans (PCPs), documentation and drawings.
Assist with software integration related to process control, budgeting and inspection.
