Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Thermal Spray Operator in Orlando, FL to perform stripping and coating operations using specialized equipment. You will read blueprints, set up tooling, and monitor processes while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading parts into tanks, handling hazardous materials, maintaining equipment, and recording production data. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 3+ years related experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds and work around loud equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, planning sheets to determine tooling requirements and setup.
• Perform stripping and coating operations following safety and quality standards.
• Operate, monitor and maintain equipment used in chemical stripping and thermal spray processes.
• Prepare and preset tools, load/unload parts, monitor processes, and record data.
• Handle hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
