In this position, we are looking for a talented Thermal/Fluid Modeling Engineer to join our innovative team dedicated to advancing powertrains. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply advanced thermal/fluid modeling methodologies and analysis techniques, directly contributing to the design and development of Ford’s cutting‑edge powertrains.
Master's degree (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
This position is a salary grade 6‑8 and ranges from $81,800–182,800. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
