Vertiv, headquartered in Westerville, Ohio, seeks a Thermal Engineering Supervisor to lead a diverse engineering team delivering integrated modular data center solutions. You will oversee design through production, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and work with customers, vendors, and field teams to ensure project success.
The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and adherence to NEC/NBC/IBC standards, with 15–20% travel. A PE or equivalent experience strengthens candidacy.
Directly supervising, supporting and providing direction and leadership to the Thermal Engineers, and third party Engineering teams. The Thermal Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for the financial performance of his/her team and will support client management and business development activities. Individual will focus on Integrated Modular Solutions for three core market segments: IT, Telecom and Industrial. This will include detailed system designs for Data Centers, Central Office, Switching Centers and Video Hub Office and will include supervising all Engineering discipline.
