BorgWarner’s Indiana Technical Center in Kokomo seeks a Thermal Analysis Engineer to provide CFD/thermal CAE support for new product development and improvements. Under the CAE Manager, you will execute advanced analyses of electric motors and drive systems, develop predictive tools, and communicate results to stakeholders.
The role requires a BSME (MSME preferred) with 5–8 years of CFD experience, CAD/CAE proficiency, and collaboration in a global team.

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual for the position of Thermal Analysis Engineer at our Indiana Technical Center (ITC) in Kokomo, Indiana. In this role, and under direct supervision of the CAE Manager, the Thermal Analysis Engineer will be primarily responsible for providing thermal computer-aided engineering (CAE) support for new product development and improvement of component products. Can be counted on to complete advanced, complex assignments requiring full use and application of engineering tools, processes, and methods.
