Physical Therapy Technician – W 75th

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our team at the W75th clinic.

Job Requirements

• Support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under the supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and deliver 5-star customer service.
• Foster a community environment for patients and team members through collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Manual dexterity, strength, and endurance.
• Lifting 5-35 pounds from various positions.
• Carrying 5-10 pounds for 40-50 feet.
• Pushing loads of 5-150 pounds on casters or pulleys.
• Sustaining grip for 1-2 minutes with 40-50 pounds.
