Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire a Therapy Tech for our Inpatient Rehab Department in Rockville, who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

Therapy Technician Responsibilities

• Transport patients to/from therapy sessions
• Assist staff with patient treatment plans under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Prepare and clean-up therapy gym, space, and equipment before and after therapy sessions.
• Build and disseminate wheelchair, cushion, and accessories; perform wheelchair repair.
• Make modifications to the therapy schedule

Work Schedule

Employment Type: Per Diem

Hours per Week: 16 hrs/week

Typical schedule: Candidate should have weekday AND weekend availability.

Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm

Shift Type: Day

Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend days per month

Holiday Requirements: Two major holidays (at least one winter holiday) per year.

Pay Range: If the salary range is not displayed or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
