Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Therapy Technician for our Upper East Side clinic. You will assist therapists, prepare treatment areas, and help ensure smooth, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate brings customer service experience, strong communication, and attention to detail; athletic experience is a plus. We value collaboration and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and gather equipment to assist therapists.
• Support patient care under supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment spaces while upholding high service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic team.
