Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy on the Upper East Side seeks a qualified Therapy Technician to support patient care, prepare treatment areas, and gather equipment under supervision of a PT/OT. You will help maintain a high standard of clinical excellence with friendly, patient-centered service in a collaborative team environment.

Athletic experience is a plus as we foster growth and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence while delivering 5-star customer service.
• Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
