Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Therapy Technician for our Washington Heights clinic to support patient care and maintain efficient treatment areas.

You will assist therapists, handle equipment, collaborate with a team, and contribute to a 5-star patient experience. Prior customer service and athletic aptitude are a pluses; Spear offers mentorship, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Support patient care by preparing treatment areas and gathering equipment.
• Perform procedures under supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence with 5-star customer service.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Athletic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and gather necessary equipment and materials.
• Assist therapists during patient sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment spaces.
• Support patients and therapists to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to safety and clinic policies.
