Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy in Blairsville, GA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. This unlicensed associate works under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist to support patient care.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with exercises, applying basic treatments, and performing administrative tasks. The role requires a High School Diploma and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist/observe patients with prescribed therapy exercises and document responses.
• Perform basic prescribed treatments (ice packs/heat pads) as instructed.
• Clean, sanitize equipment and therapy areas; handle linen changes.
• Assist with patient intake, answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
