Position Summary

As a Therapy Tech, you’ll play a hands‑on role in supporting physical and hand therapists as they care for orthopedic patients. You’ll help set up exercises and equipment, guide patients through therapist‑assigned activities (under direct supervision), and keep treatment areas clean and safe. Primary Functions & Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in activities related to the treatment of individual patients.
• Perform and respond to therapists in accordance with the rules and regulations of the American Physical/Occupational Therapy Associations.
• Assist patients in performing the appropriate exercises assigned by and under direct supervision of the therapist.
• Assist other clinical staff in performing their duties as permitted and under the direct supervision of the therapist.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain exercise equipment.
• Clean and sanitize shared surfaces and patient care areas.
• Follow policies and procedures pertaining to the care of equipment and supplies, and report irregularities to the therapist or clinical manager.
• Assist in clerical duties, including answering phones, filing, and stocking necessary items.
• Perform laundry duties and restock linen supplies.

Position Requirements

Compensation

$14.23 – $21.35 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
