H2 Health in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for our outpatient team. You will welcome patients, handle scheduling and front-office tasks, and assist with EMR and records under licensed therapists.

You’ll help prepare treatment areas and support exercises and activities as directed. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, good communication, and comfort with healthcare software.

Therapy Support Specialist | Full-Time | Outpatient | 1410 Incarnation Dr, Suite 101, Charlottesville, VA 22901

H2 Health is hiring a full-time Therapy Support Specialist for our outpatient team in Charlottesville, VA.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a collaborative physical therapy and occupational therapy environment. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly while supporting patients throughout their visit, from scheduling and check-in to preparing for therapy and assisting with non-skilled activities directed by a licensed therapist. These responsibilities align with H2 Health's Therapy Support Specialist role.

Your Role

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients.

This is a non-skilled therapy support role and does not involve independently evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, or providing services that require professional therapy licensure.
