The Therapy Supervisor will recruit, onboard, and supervise clinicians, evaluate outcomes, and ensure services align with clinic policies and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline is required.
• LCSW-C preferred; license in good standing.
• Maintains MD State license and CPR certification.
• Experience supervising clinicians.
