Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver home health services in the Santa Clara region for a 13-week assignment. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day (08:30 AM–05:00 PM). Travel across San Jose to Redwood City is expected, with housing guidance from Mountain View to Redwood City.

Supplies are provided; charting uses Remote Client/HealthConnect. License persistence in CA and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum experience unspecified, strong clinical skills in home health.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health SLP services to patients in Santa Clara and surrounding areas.
• Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders with patient-centered plans.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services and progress.
• Document patient progress using the charting system (Remote Client/HealthConnect).
