Job summary

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is seeking a Supervisor for the Rehabilitation department to lead daily operations, coordinate staffing, and support safety initiatives. You will guide frontline staff, monitor performance, and promote a just culture while ensuring compassionate patient care.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and Kentucky licensure (PT/OT/SLP) with BLS within 90 days. You will collaborate across teams to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed in Kentucky for PT/OT/SLP upon hire; BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staff scheduling, development activities, and performance evaluations.
• Identifies and resolves issues affecting delivery of clinical services.
• Supports QA/QI initiatives and acts as a resource on patient care and procedures.
• Monitors compliance with accreditation and Joint Commission standards.
• Oversees discharge planning and health education for patients and families.
