Job summary

Shannon Medical Center Big Spring is seeking an Occupational or Physical Therapist to coordinate and deliver therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will develop and supervise clinical care in alignment with department goals and hospital philosophy, working with an interdisciplinary team.

You will mentor students, participate in program development, and ensure documentation, safety, and quality improvement. Applicants must be licensed and hold relevant advanced degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or higher.
• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers therapy services on the assigned unit.
• Develops and supervises therapy-related clinical care for PT/OT/ST.
• Oversees inpatient and outpatient therapy programs.
• Ensures safety, infection control, and adherence to department policies.

Education
