Job summary

A diversified healthcare delivery network is seeking a Therapy Manager in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will assist in improving therapy services, collaborate with directors, and ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications

• Must have current licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Pathologist in the State.
• Current Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
• At least two (2) years of experience as a treating therapist.
• Acute rehab and/or Rehab Hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Services with assessment and improvement of Therapy Services.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy to ensure optimal functioning of therapy departments.
• Participate in performance improvement and program development activities.
• Provide therapy evaluations and treatment in accordance with established policies.
