Yale New Haven Health in Guilford, CT is seeking a Scheduler to provide clerical and administrative support that ensures efficient clinical delivery of care. You will coordinate the group’s schedules, handle data entry of clinical documentation, and communicate with patients, physicians, and staff.
This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills to support interdisciplinary teams and payroll-related tasks where applicable.

The Scheduler is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support necessary to ensure efficient clinical delivery of care for the patients and staff of a given interdisciplinary group, coordination of the schedules, the teams in the group, data entry of clinical documentation, and communication with patients, physicians, and staff. Support Clinical staff with their administrative needs.

EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to work independently and multi-task. Knowledge of EPIC and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
