Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for home health in a rural service area in the United States. You will work closely with physical therapists to deliver skilled therapy to adults and geriatric patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include conducting six visits per day, coordinating with the care team, and documenting patient progress. Licensure requirements include Virginia license or compact license and EPIC charting experience.

Description:Our home health agency is a rural, community-based program providing skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.We focus on helping patients recover from illness, injury, surgery, and chronic disease while promoting independence, preventing hospitalizations, and improving quality of life.The PTA will work collaboratively with physical therapists and the care team to provide high-quality therapy services across a diverse rural service area.The role includes providing therapy services for six visits per day.Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS rate.We are dedicated to improving our patients' recovery experiences through skilled care and a multidisciplinary approach.Candidates must have specialty experience within the last year.
