Description:The position involves treating patients in various settings.Patients treated may include post operative, orthopedic, stroke, cardiovascular, and deconditioning cases.The role may involve working with acute inpatient and some acute rehab coverage, though not required.Clinicians will cover Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Intensive Care Unit areas.Shifts are typically scheduled for five days a week.Preferred scheduling is Tuesday to Saturday, but a 4x10 day schedule may be considered.Weekend requirements include one weekend per month.Holiday work is not required but candidates may be asked if they are willing to work on holidays.Scrub color is tan.Department-specific orientation will involve onsite orientation at two facilities.The number of patients treated per day will range from 10 to 12.There are no additional certifications required for this position beyond those specified.
