Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in Texas. You will perform patient evaluations, develop and direct treatment plans, and provide therapy across multiple units, including inpatient rehab. A current Texas license is required, with preference for experience in inpatient rehab and Meditech systems.

Flexibility to float across areas, with weekend/on-call duties possible. Scrubs are navy blue.

Qualifications

• Must have a current unencumbered Texas license for Occupational Therapy or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Must have at least one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform/coordinate comprehensive OT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services across facility areas and inpatient rehab unit.
• Direct/monitor therapeutic plans of care under supervision where applicable.
• Possibly float across units; accurate documentation and compliance with HCA Meditech may be preferred.

Description:Therapy services work in all areas of the facility based on requests for patient evaluations and therapy treatment plans.This can include working in the inpatient rehab unit.Occupational Therapists complete evaluations and build and direct therapeutic plans of care for patients.Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants complete therapeutic plans of care under the direction of a physical therapist.Candidates should be flexible and self-starters.Inpatient rehab experience and HCA Meditech experience are preferred.Floating may be required in all areas.Scrub color/attire: Navy Blue scrubs.Four shifts per month may include weekends and on-call responsibilities.
