Cynet Health is seeking a California-licensed Occupational Therapist for a 13-week home health assignment in San Diego. The role is day shift, 8 hours per shift (08:30 AM to 05:00 PM).

Per the setting, duties include delivering therapy in patients' homes with required driving between East County areas, and occasional on-call weekends as needed. Must have current CA OT license and BLS, with 6 months to 1 year of home health experience in the last 3 years.
