Job summary

Boomtown Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy to students attending private schools. The role may consider a CF SLP or SLPA with supervision. This is a therapy-only position with no evaluations or IEP/ISP meetings required.

Responsibilities include traveling to private school campuses, planning individualized sessions, documenting progress, and coordinating schedules with school personnel. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license required for independent therapy.
• CF SLP candidates must be eligible for Texas licensure and supervision.
• SLPA license held and supervision by licensed SLP required.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to an anticipated caseload of ~50 students.
• Travel to assigned private school campuses to deliver services.
• Plan engaging, individualized sessions based on therapy needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and progress records.
• Communicate professionally with supervising SLP, school contacts, and families as appropriate.
• Coordinate scheduling across campuses.
