The Therapy Manager provides consistent leadership, promotes high standards of patient care and participates in program evaluation and development, as well as completing designated administrative tasks. This role oversees all operations of a designated unit, driving progress in the unit contributing to patient care excellence.
The Therapy Manager manages and guides the therapy department in order to improve the patient experience.
