ACCESS is seeking a dependable Therapy Environmental Support Technician in Little Rock, AR. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

with full benefits and generous PTO. Primary duties include cleaning therapy spaces, equipment, and materials, while supporting light clerical tasks to keep departments organized. Responsibilities include sanitizing therapy areas, stocking supplies, and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, incl. bending, kneeling, stooping.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must complete a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must pass criminal background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize the therapy gym, equipment, rooms, and materials.
  • Vacuum speech therapy rooms and other therapy areas.
  • Wash, dry, fold, and organize therapy laundry including linens.
  • Sanitize, organize, and stock groceries and supplies in the Feeding Lab.
  • Keep therapy supplies organized and stocked.
  • Monitor supply levels and notify staff when items need reordering.
  • Assist with ordering approved supplies, including Amazon orders.
  • Make copies, laminate therapy materials, and assist with light clerical tasks.
  • Help maintain clean and organized storage areas.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

ACCESS is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Therapy Environmental Support Technician to join our Early Childhood Therapy team. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and organized environment where students and clients can learn, grow, and thrive.

The primary responsibility of this position is cleaning and sanitizing therapy areas, equipment, and materials used throughout the day. This role also helps keep therapy supplies organized and may assist with light clerical and department support tasks as needed.

What You'll Do
  • Clean and sanitize the therapy gym, therapy equipment, treatment rooms, and therapy materials throughout the day.
  • Vacuum speech therapy rooms and other therapy areas.
  • Wash, dry, fold, and organize therapy laundry, including linens and therapy items.
  • Sanitize, organize, and stock groceries and supplies used in the Feeding Lab.
  • Keep therapy supplies organized and stocked.
  • Monitor supply levels and notify the appropriate staff when items need to be reordered.
  • May be asked to assist with ordering approved supplies, including Amazon orders.
  • May be asked to make copies, laminate therapy materials, and assist with other light clerical tasks.
  • Help maintain clean and organized storage areas.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including bending, kneeling and stooping.

  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must successfully pass required criminal background checks, Child Maltreatment Registry, Adult Maltreatment Registry, and fingerprinting.
Preferred Experience
  • Cleaning and organizing work areas.
  • Keeping supplies stocked.
  • Using a computer for basic tasks.
  • Ordering supplies online.

No experience in a therapy setting is required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
