Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Director of Therapy to oversee rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP) at Eagle Valley Meadows and Washington Healthcare Center. You will lead staff development and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, efficient therapy for residents.

Must hold an Indiana OT license and demonstrate a strong commitment to geriatric care, with prior management experience preferred and a dedication to the CARE values in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in Indiana.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care excellence.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP) and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership in staff development and mentorship.
• Ensure therapy services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
