Job summary

Eagle Valley Meadows in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Director of Therapy (DOT) who is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to lead the rehabilitation services across PT, OT, and SLP. This role partners with an interdisciplinary team to drive clinical excellence and resident-focused care.

As Director of Therapy, you will provide leadership in staff development, ensure efficient therapy delivery, and uphold American Senior Communities' CARE values.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana OT license.
• Passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care excellence.

Responsibilities
