Job summary

Christian Living Communities in Colorado Springs seeks a senior leader to plan, organize, and direct rehabilitative services across PT, OT, and SLP. Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct rehabilitation program policies, procedures, and services.
  • Ensure efficient operations for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech departments.
  • Identify service opportunities through program planning and develop programs.
  • Manage therapy staff day-to-day and support professional growth.
  • Assess resident needs and ensure compassionate, appropriate care.
  • Build trust-based relationships with residents, families, and staff to achieve satisfaction and financial goals.
  • Monitor milestones and budgets; ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of rehabilitative programs.
  • Coordinate clinical aspects with interdisciplinary team and monitor compliance.
  • Work with MDS staff to maximize reimbursement; plan schedules and monthly billing.
  • Train therapy and nursing staff to strengthen communication and teamwork.

Plans, organizes, and directs programs delivering rehabilitative services. This leadership role is grounded in building strong relationships with therapy staff, residents, and the broader care team - fostering a culture where every individual's unique strengths and perspectives are recognized and valued.

  • Plans and implements overall rehabilitation program policies, procedures, and services.
  • Ensures efficient and effective operations for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech departments.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current state license in therapy discipline; CPR certification.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, active listening, and social perceptiveness
  • Relationship building, compassionate leadership, and genuine appreciation for individuality and diverse life experiences

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
  • Position requires medium-heavy physical work. Heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up more than 45 pounds of force repeatedly to move objects.
  • Is subject to frequent interruptions.
  • Interacts with residents, family members and visitors frequently.
