Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at University Nursing Center in Upland, IN. The role includes Friday/Saturday therapy shifts and 3 days on the floor, assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and supporting a homelike, dignified care environment for residents.

Candidates must be Indiana-certified CNAs, able to assist with mobility, and committed to C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CNA certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform lifting and assist with resident mobility.
• Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care.

Responsibilities
