A valid CNA in Indiana is required; you will collaborate with therapy and facility teams to deliver coordinated care and uphold CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending and assisting resident mobility.
