Elkhart Meadows in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) for part-time work to support residents' daily living and provide companionship.

As a Therapy CNA you will collaborate with therapy and facility teams to deliver dignified, resident-centered care in a homelike setting. Requires Indiana CNA certification and ability to lift and assist with mobility.
