Job summary

American Senior Communities in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) for a part-time position to support residents with daily living activities and provide companionship in a warm, homelike environment.

The Therapy CNA will work with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, adhere to C.A.R.E. values, and help residents maintain dignity and independence through compassionate, respectful service.

Qualifications

• Requires valid and current CNA certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
