Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) for Creekside Village. The role focuses on fostering a warm, supportive environment while assisting residents with daily living activities and mobility during scheduled shifts (Sunday-Thursday 10a-6p or Sat-Tue 10a-6p).

Responsibilities include providing companionship, collaborating with therapy teams, and upholding CARE values. Certification in Indiana and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Indiana CNA certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with resident mobility.
• Genuine passion for geriatric care and senior well-being.
